The SDA Church Events App is a FREE tool to improve evangelism activities for the SDA churches. The department leaders, pastors, and coordinators can use the SDA Church Events App to create events and special activities for internal use or public evangelism information.
Members will be automatically notified in the App when these events or bulletins are created. You also have the option to create and manage several Small Groups. In addition, it has options to switch to four languages: English, French, Portuguese, or Spanish.
This App will quickly help manage the event dates and activities to reduce conflicting dates between departments. It also helps to schedule and manage department meetings and divine service bulletins. The voting or Polling features help with Electronic Voting. It allows board members or department meetings to vote electronically from their phones. This feature also helps when members cannot attend meetings but still want to register their votes. All voting is confidential.
The user of the Church Events App can easily see what each church is planning and will help advertise their evangelistic goals and objectives. It also has the option to tag an agenda and/or meeting minutes to an event which is essential for church relationship management.
The Church Events App has the features to list over 40,000 churches configured in the App. In addition, user can also create their church ministry records.
It will show the events for each church and the list of members, coordinators, pastors, and department leaders for that church or ministry. It also will show the pending and past events and any Youtube videos attached to the event. An event coordinator can use the Church Events App to collaborate with other members to plan and execute events goals and objectives.
The application also helps manage attendance by allowing attendees to register for an event. This feature will help the presenter and planners manage the logistics and attendance for the event. Knowing who and how many people are planning to attend an event is a plus; therefore, Church Events App solved these requirements.
The Church Events app also sends email notifications when events are created, modified, or due to be started in 2 hours. Also, organizers get reports when attendees register or cancel an event.
